I am so sorry I did not ask the name of the woman who was working yesterday morning (August 9th) at the front desk when we went to breakfast around 8:30-9am, because she was also very helpful, very friendly, and very attentive. She was also back at work this morning when we checked out - greeted us walking into the breakfast area with a warm smile and a hello.

You can tell this woman enjoys what she does.

She was extremely sweet, very friendly and offered me a couple of great tips for the hotel and surrounding area. A front desk staff member by the name of Dottie or Dotty checked us in. This hotel went above and beyond cleanliness and in terms of service provided. Doesn't have to be fancy, but at least clean and tidy looking. I am a neat freak - want a clean place to sleep when we are away from home. Let me begin by saying we travel a few times a year - even if the trips are only for a few nights (we are from Canada, drove 3 1/2 hrs to visit the Colombus Zoo with our children on this mini getaway). My family of 4 stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - August 8th and 9th, 2017.
